SMART ODR is a platform built by the 7 Market Infrastructure Institutions - NSE, BSE, MSE, CSDL, NSDL, MCX & NCDEX. The platform seeks to make it easier than ever to resolve disputes related to the securities market using ODR institutions.

In case you have tried resolving your dispute with an Intermediary, but are dissatisfied with the resolution, you can file the dispute on SCORES, SEBI's investor grievance redressal portal. If you are further dissatisfied with the resolution on SCORES, you can file the dispute on SMART ODR and your dispute will be redressed within 90 days. Use SMART ODR to track your case as it progresses through the dispute resolution cycle.
