📄️ Login to SMART ODR
Primary Accounts of MII's can login to SMART ODR by clicking on MII Login on the home page of SMART ODR.
📄️ Dispute History
All disputes filed against a Registered Intermediary can be seen on the Dispute History page. Registered Intermediaries can confirm if a dispute has failed primary dispute resolution within 3 days of receipt of a dispute using the comment feature.
📄️ Refer to ODR Institution
Once logged in, MII's can click on a particular dispute to see the details of the dispute. Under the title of the dispute, 2 buttons are visible - Push to ODR and Return dispute.
📄️ Return a Dispute
Once logged in, MII's can click on a particular dispute to see the details of the dispute. Under the title of the dispute, 2 buttons are visible - Refer for Conciliation and Return dispute.
📄️ Add Secondary Accounts
The Primary Account of the MII can add secondary users who can use their own credentials to login to the platform. To do so, click on the Profile of the Primary Account on the bottom-left of the sidebar. From here, navigate to User Management. Inside User Management, click on Add User and enter the relevant email ID and Phone Number. The user will receive a link in their email to create their account on SMART ODR.
