📄️ Login to SMART ODR
Primary Accounts of ODR Institutions will receive an email with a link to create their account on SMART ODR. Post account creation, they can login to SMART ODR by clicking on ODR Institution Login on the home page of SMART ODR.
📄️ Dispute History
All disputes filed against a Registered Intermediary can be seen on the Dispute History page.
📄️ Download Dispute data
To download dispute data, an ODR Institution can click inside a dispute and click the Download JSON button. This will download the JSON object with dispute data as well as a zip folder with all attachments.
📄️ Adding Updates to a Dispute
Throughout the ODR journey, ODR Institutions are required to periodically add updates to the dispute. Sample updates include
📄️ Add Secondary Accounts
The Primary Account of the ODR Institution can add secondary users who can use their own credentials to login to the platform. To do so, click on the Profile of the Primary Account on the bottom-left of the sidebar. From here, navigate to User Management. Inside User Management, click on Add User* and enter the relevant email ID and Phone Number. The user will receive a link in their email to create their account on SMART ODR.
