Refer to ODR Institution

Once logged in, MII's can click on a particular dispute to see the details of the dispute. Under the title of the dispute, 2 buttons are visible - Push to ODR and Return dispute. Upon clicking Push to ODR, an associated ODR Institution will be assigned on a round-robin basis and will be duly notified to begin the Conciliation Process.
