Dispute History

All disputes filed against a Registered Intermediary can be seen on the Dispute History page. Registered Intermediaries can confirm if a dispute has failed primary dispute resolution within 3 days of receipt of a dispute using the comment feature.

Disputes with the status Awaiting MII Review are disputes that need to be confirmed or rejected in this 3 day window.

Once logged in, MII's can click on a particular dispute to see the details of the dispute. Here, an MII can view all the specifics of the dispute as well as the data of the investor that has filed the dispute.
