Adding Comments to a Dispute

All disputes filed against a Registered Intermediary can be seen on the Dispute History page. Watch the tutorial below to understand how you can respond to an investor's dispute.

By clicking on a dispute, you can see all of the associated dispute data. During the 3-day confirmation window, a Registered Intermediary can ask the investor for clarifications on the dispute. To do this, simply click Add a Comment under the relevant dispute and ask for pertinent information. The investor will be notified any time a comment is added to the dispute and the investor can similarly respond to the Intermediary's questions.
