Dispute History

All disputes filed against a Registered Intermediary can be seen on the Dispute History page.

Compliance Officers of Registered Intermediaries will be duly notified of every dispute registered. The default status of a dipsute is Awaiting MII Review.

Once logged in, Intermediaries can click on a particular dispute to see the details of the dispute. Here, an intermediary can view all the specifics of the dispute as well as the data of the investor that has filed the dispute.
