Market Participant Registration

Listed Companies / Specified Intermediaries / Regulated Entities (Market Participant) that have not received a link for registration or are facing trouble with registration, please fill this form to complete provisional registration.

Registered compliance officers of Intermediaries / Listed Companies / Regulated Entities (Market Participants) would have received an email from no-reply@mailers.smartodr.in with a link to verify their account and setup their password. Once the account is verified, you can use the same credentials for logging in to the portal (registered compliance officer email is the email to be used for login).

Please note that only verified accounts of Market Participants can login to SMART ODR. If your account is unverified, please write to help@smartodr.in with your organization name, SEBI Registration Number & email ID registered with an MII.

Common Errors Faced​

Below are some of the commonly faced errors during Intermediary login.

User Not Found Error​

Make sure you login through the Intermediary Login and not the Investor Login page.

Intermediary Login

Links are valid for a period of 10 days from receipt. In case you are trying to access a link after 10 days from the date of receipt, you will not be able to verify your account. You can request a new verification link by writing to help@smartodr.in.
